Ingredients
  

  • 16 ounces tofu extra firm
  • 1 teaspoon Za’atar
  • 1 teaspoon chopped parsley
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil or to taste
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Throw all ingredients into a food processor and secure the lid. Process until combined.
  • Stream just a little olive oil into the tofu mixture while processing until your obtain your desired consistency.
  • Garnish your pita spread with chopped parsley, olive oil and za’atar to taste. Enjoy!
