  • Slice and toast your bread until golden brown. About 2-3 minutes each side.
  • Cut avocado in half, lengthwise. Remove the pit and with a big spoon, scoop the flesh out.
  • Slice each half and slightly press with your hands. With the help of a large-blade knife, transfer to bread slices.
  • Sprinkle a pinch of salt and add 1 tbsp of red onion and 1/2 tsp lime juice each slice and finish with chili flakes on top.
